To support our ambitious business objectives for 2025, and in particular, the “people centric” pillar within our Group Strategy, the HR leadership team defined 4 key priorities for the future: leadership development, talent development, fostering digital mindset and culture, and building HR excellence. Description de la mission


As part of the Global HR team responsible for driving the new HR strategic priorities to support ambitious business goals in a context of transformation, the Talent and Learning Manager has the following roles and responsibilities:

Mission 1: Deploy the Group Performance Management policy
- Coordinates and facilitates the implementation of the global performance management process (goal setting, mid-year and year-end performance assessment), by partnering with the global HR community
- Helps design and deploy all support tools for managers and employees to ensure that the process is understood and owned
- Builds dashboards and KPIs to track status on performance, and provides support to HRBP's to implement adequate action plans to promote sustained performance

Mission 2: Digitalise the Talent Review process and coordinate its global deployment
- With the support of the HRIS team, project manages the global deployment and run of the Digital Talent Review process
- Designs tools and support materials for the HR Community, and helps deploy them via webinars and workshops
- Consolidates global Talent Review information, coming from the subsidiaries, regions and Group
- Prepares Talent Reviews presentation and consolidation analysis for COMEX

Mission 3: Project manages the deployment of a digital learning platform, to enhance learning experience
- Helps design and deliver global learning offer for Clarins Academy, and specifically manages digital curriculum end-to-end
- Supports design and development of various Group-level trainings (leadership program, digital awareness trainings, retail trainings…) in line with business priorities
- Organizes the roll-out of trainings (blended, classroom, digital, tutorials…) and tracks ROI

Mission 4: Lead or participate in various other HR Projects
- Leads and/or supports other various Global HR projects
Examples (but not limited to): HR Policy Workshops for managers, Mutual Mentoring program, Engagement survey, VIEs coordination, High Potential development etc.

Profil

• Education/Degree:
- Master's degree with ideally an HR specialization

• Background including total years of experience
- 7-8 years of experience in HR in an international environment
- Experience in HR project management, especially in learning design, development and delivery
- Excellent analytical skills, including data analytics
- Interest and passion for a range of HR development topics
- Curiosity, adaptability and empathy
- Sense of priorities
- Rigor and organization skills
- Intercultural awareness
- Fluent in English (French not mandatory)
- Microsoft office (advanced Excel and PPT)
