As Part of its strategic ambition to significantly increase its Direct To Customer sales channels by 2025, and in order to be able to reach a 1 Day Delivery target of its Product in the biggest cities around the world, Clarins as launched an ambitious Transformation Program called REBOOT, standing for Reinvent the Back Office Of Tomorrow!

As Part of its strategic ambition to significantly increase its Direct To Customer sales channels by 2025, and in order to be able to reach a 1 Day Delivery target of its Product in the biggest cities around the world, Clarins as launched an ambitious Transformation Program called REBOOT, standing for Reinvent the Back Office Of Tomorrow!

This Group Program intends to align, simplify and optimize Processes in the following Key Corporate functions:
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain are currently integrated in the SCOOP Tool, however processes need to be simplified and aligned to Best Practices in order to prepare for the future REBOOT Scope
- Local Operations: In order to finalize the worldwide integration of Supply Chain started with SCOOP, REBOOT will cover Commercial processes in the hubs/subsidiaries from their orders to the Central to their Deliveries to Customers.
- Finance: In order to allow quicker and more accurate Decision Making to drive the company, all Financial functions worldwide will be organized around the same Core Model.
- Procurement: With REBOOT, Procurement will become fully Digital
- Human Resources: In our ever-changing world, and as part of our strong Corporate values, Employees are really seen as a foundation of our Success. Attracting and retaining Talents, Developing the employee Journey are some of the topics to be addressed by REBOOT HR Stream

REBOOT is a true international Program with contributors actively involved from more than 15 countries. It is a key Pillar in the Company Strategy and Transformation journey. We intend to work and be considered as OneTeam to turn this Program to a success and make our founder's motto our daily reality “Do More, Do better, and Enjoy doing so”
In this context, it is obvious that the organization needs to be supported when it comes to Change management in a structured and efficient way, and therefore we are looking for our Change Management Director

Mission:
The Change Management Stream of Reboot is articulated around 5 domains that the Change Management Director will have to lead and monitor:
• Organizational and People Impact Analysis
• Stakeholders Management
• Training
• Communication
• Multicultural awareness
More specifically, the Change Management Director will have, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
• Define vision and case for change (leadership alignment, behavior and culture change, new ways of working, stakeholder engagement, identify and engage change agent networks, digitalization...)
• Build Change Plan, with detailed impact analysis and action plans to be followed along the time, for all workstreams, from a people, processes and systems point of view
• Build & develop a strong and positive relationship with departments, Regions and Subsidiaries Management team, in order to secure right level of involvement and appropriation of the target processes and organizations to facilitate REBOOT deployment

Profil

Previous experience in driving Change Management activities in a large International Transformation context is essential
Number of years of experience required: 15+ years
Languages: fluent in French / English. Chinese or any Asian language is a plus

Main skills:

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Project management skills including planning, organizing, and activity follow-up
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
